Inspired by the stark lack of female representation (less than 2%) at a tech conference over twenty years ago, I dedicated myself to empowering women in the industry.
Recognizing that the barrier wasn't just external bias but a hesitation among women to step up, I began group coaching in 2018 while at Microsoft to help them overcome public speaking anxiety.
This effort evolved in 2023 into WiTVoices, a program designed not just to teach presentation skills, but to help women in tech find their authentic voices and speak confidently as their true selves.
